We are thrilled to share the results of our annual customer survey, where we've compiled all the responses. We're excited to see that an impressive 89% of our customers expect to maintain their ongoing collaboration with Mercur. Furthermore, a remarkable 100% express a strong likelihood of remaining our customers for the next five years!

Better decision-making with Mercur

We are delighted to see the high utilization of Mercur Business Control among our customers, with 78% anticipating its continued growth in their daily operations. Our consultants have a vital role in assisting our customers to maximize the potential of Mercur Business Control, ensuring the utilization of its features and opportunities. This effort is reflected in the feedback on the statement "The consultants provide us with innovative suggestions when we want to develop our solution" where we have an impressive average rating of 4.67 on a scale of 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree).

Our primary goal is to empower customers in making informed decisions based on real-time data, and we are thrilled to see tangible results. According to our customers, Mercur Business Control not only enhances their control over business results (rated 4.56 out of 5) but also significantly contributes to making better-informed business decisions (rated 4.13 out of 5). This feedback reaffirms our commitment to delivering a solution that positively impacts our customers' decision-making processes and overall business outcomes.

Why do our customers recommend us?

What primarily makes our customers want to recommend us? We read all the comments about the product, our consultants, and the support we provide with a big smile. Here is a selection of some comments we received:

  • The system is flexible and user-friendly, the support is excellent and the culture and attitude of the business is warm and professional.

  • The staff are very knowledgeable and open to brainstorming on issues. They have helped us come up with better resolutions than we thought would be possible. They try to get the best solution for the customer.

  • The security around a report that once published, can analyse the data in multiple dimension, however be certain that the integrity of the data is not compromised.
